Our Items are custom and handmade. Please allow for 2 weeks (14 business days) for shipping to include creation time.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather,
or
high-volume shipping periods.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer are not the responsibility of Holy Fringes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Holy Fringes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the item.
